On Earth Peace
On Earth Peace focuses on supporting people who are working for justice and peace, helping them to develop as leaders in their communities. Priscilla's primary role at On Earth Peace has centered on helping to promote the children’s program. Her most recent project is the Read Aloud Project where people from the community record themselves reading a children’s book, helping to establish trust between people and the community. By maintaining this project, the hope is that people will become gradually exposed to the necessity of equality and in turn, better the community.

On Earth Peace's Impact on Priscilla
“At OEP, I have learned how to create and manage a project. The Read Aloud Project was created to provide educational resources on peace and justice during the COVID-19 pandemic. The response from the community has been great, so we decided to extend the project through June and possibly through July. I have enjoyed connecting with members of the community." -- Priscilla Weddle
