Storyscape Spoken Word Salon
Join us for another Storyscape Spoken Word Salon gathering on Friday, May 12! We will be discussing the five different love languages, how to communicate with one another effectively using them, and how to communicate with ourselves embracingly with them. The love languages are as follows: words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. We recognize that everyone experiences and expresses love in a unique way, these five will help us explore some of them. Even though we all speak each of these languages in one way or another, this session will explore the ones we are each most fluent in. There will be a chance to discuss, delve deeper, and direct our creative writing through love and community. No prior experience in writing or exploring your love language is required, only your open mind and desire to discover more together!
