Maya Hayes, She/Her
Maya Hayes, the racial justice organizer intern, is currently in her final semester of studying social work at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Through her Crowned Success Project, she aims to equip African American female students at UNCG with life skills, professional skills, and strategies to tackle racial discrimination in the workplace. She spends her free time practicing Spanish and hanging with friends.
