On January 15, 2024, we invite you to join in the commemoration of the life and legacy of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania.
You will meet old and new friends who fit in the Beloved Community and enjoy civil rights inspired choir performances, readings from Dr. King's sermons, workshops on racial justice, and more, including tours of the campus, exhibitions and vendors.
Two workshops will be offered. One is on Kingian Nonviolence derived from the principles and methodology of Rev. Dr. King and the other is on Intersectional Allyship for Racial Justice that will explore how to be effective allies to people of color in your journey for racial equity and collective liberation.
