We help leaders develop thriving communities of justice and peace, using the discipline of Kingian Nonviolence — in solidarity with movements, and accountability to impacted people.
We are committed to working with young adults through our paid internship program. Everything we do involves Kingian Nonviolence, and interns are involved in everything we do.
We envision a world in Beloved Community, liberated from oppression, violence, and war.
- Nonviolence is a way of life for courageous people.
- The Beloved Community is the framework for the future.
- Attack forces of evil, not persons doing evil.
- Accept suffering without retaliation for the sake of the cause to achieve the goal.
- Avoid internal violence of the spirit as well as external physical violence.
- The universe is on the side of justice.

Hello organizers and Affinity Groups!
We hope you have had a wonderful year and can join us on finishing it in collaboration and celebration! You are invited to reflect with us on the Affinity Group Process and learn from one another in our December Leadership Development Session! As OEP, we wanted to check in with you on your journey, give you a chance to share with us where you’ve gone or where you’ve gotten stuck, and if there is any support we can provide in the coming year. We are dedicated to helping you build the capacity needed to fulfill the goals in your 90 day plans. Join us on the 20th of December at 5pm ET for a leadership development session, where we will be exploring the use of Tuckman's stages of group development, setting S.M.A.R.T goals, and how they apply to KNV principles in your own organizing.
