This training will be co-facilitated by Rhonda Baker and Kimberly Koczan.

Rhonda Baker is a level I Kingian Nonviolence instructor through On Earth Peace.  She is a singer songwriter and has combined her love of music with Kingian Nonviolence Principles.  She and her husband perform as a duo, Rhonda and Greg and with a horn band called SoulShine.  Rhonda grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Beacon Heights and is now a member of Northview Church of the Brethren in Indianapolis, Indiana and is an active member of the Church of the Brethren Gun Violence Action Team as well as the Central Indiana Brethren Building Beloved Community (B3C).

 

Kimberly Koczan is a spiritual director & clergyperson ordained in the Church of the Brethren. She earned her M.Div. from Bethany Seminary, lives in northeast Indiana and is a member at Beacon Heights COB. Kimberly directs Wisdom's Well, doing spiritual guidance and social transformation work. She is involved with the Brethren Creation Care Network, Midwest Building Decarbonization Coalition, Faith in Place, Poor People's Campaign, a senior fellow in the Environmental Leadership Program, and part of the Help Not Handcuffs Campaign in Allen County to address human rights abuses in the jail and implement proven jail diversion programs. Kimberly is a Level I Kingian Nonviolence Facilitator, trained through On Earth Peace.
