Inspire the church to embrace Christ’s counter-cultural messages of peace, justice, and caring for one’s neighbor
Design retreat formats that are energetic, interactive, and faithful
Build up and support leaders in the Church of the Brethren who feel qualified and supported in teaching peace to youth
Develop leadership for the Church, especially for the ministry work of biblical peacemaking
Provide a supportive environment for youth in the denomination to explore and expand their understandings about living Jesus’ way of peace
