Consensus decision-making is a process in which participants craft satisfactory, high-commitment decisions, and allows space for the movement of the Spirit.  Join us as we explore the paradigm shift from traditional linear decision-making to the collaborative process of collective decision-making.

• Letting go of pre-conceived solutions/confidence in the group's wisdom
• Awareness of self/awareness of others
